Shipping Policy
Our goal is to see as many people in Memories as possible. For this reason, we ship worldwide, with costs varying. UK shipping is a fixed cost, worldwide price will vary depending on the destination. We ship with Royal Mail 1st class. PLEASE NOTE: before checking out, please add your relevant shipping country into the shipping tab. This will apply relevant shipping prices. If you fail to do this, and we notice you have paid for cheaper shipping there is a high chance we may cancel your order.

Privacy Policy
As an independent UK clothing brand, we take your privacy and data very seriously. For this reason, we will not be keeping any data provided when ordering your packages. All payment processes are performed by a secure third party. The only time we will keep data is to notify you of orders placed, or notify you of new products, promotions and special offers through our mailing list.
Return & Exchange Policy
Should you want to return an item, please return it back to us within 14 days of receiving your order to be entitled to a refund or an exchange. Items returned must be unworn and in resellable condition otherwise we may not be able to offer you a refund. Unfortunately, at this moment in time we do not offer free return labels, so the cost of returning items will require payment from yourself. Please ensure items are well packed and protected just to prevent any travelling damages.
